MESA Scholarships. At least seven (7) scholarships of $1,000, and up to $3,000, are available to eligible Colorado MESA seniors. Three of the scholarships have been endowed with donations inspired by the memory of Dr. Rod Cornish, Mr. Robert Rodriguez and Mr. Charlie Farel, three extraordinary people who were long time supporters of Colorado MESA and diversity education. The remaining scholarships are funded by other financial supporters of Colorado MESA.

Eligibility

Current CMESA student.
• Accepted into an accredit university/college
• Planning to major in one of the following STEM –related (science, engineering, technology, mathematics) disciplines.

Selection

Selection criteria used to select the finalist will include: financial need, GPA, CMESA participation, academic and other honors and personal statement. It is beneficial to include letters of recommendation, awards, honors, volunteer activities and other community involvement you would like the selection panel to consider.

• Please note that by submitting a completed application by the deadline, you are eligible to receive more than one scholarship.
