Debbie Woodward
Development Director
Debbie Woodward, Development Director has been a practicing workforce and economic development professional for more than two decades serving the Colorado metro Denver area. She has been a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) for more than ten years, and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, with a double minor in Small Business Management and Marketing from Regis University.
Her career includes working for Adams County Economic Development, Jefferson County Economic Council, Adams County Workforce and Business Center, and the Colorado Nanotechnology Alliance.
She served as the 2005 President of the Economic Developers’ Council of Colorado (EDCC) and on the board for five years. Other boards and committees that Woodward has served on were Colorado Photonics Industry Association, Colorado Nanotechnology Initiative, Rocky Mountain Chapter-Geospatial Information Technology Association (GITA), GIS in the Rockies, Adams County and Tri-County Workforce Investment Boards, Adams County Welfare Reform, Adams Twelve Five Star Schools District School Improvement Team, Rocky Flats Workforce Transition Committee, Adams County School District #14 District Foundation, Math, Engineering, Science Association (MESA) Advisory Council, Bollman Technical School Advisory Council, and Alternatives to Family Violence.
She is dedicated to growing the future of Colorado’s economic vitality through her passion for workforce development and commitment to promote, support and build a strong educated pipeline fueling our future workforce.
